Ronald Gifford
Guardsman 2660072 Ronald Gifford was in the 3rd Battalion Coldstream Guards. He died in the Italian Campaign on 7th December 1943 aged 24 at Monte Camino, a few miles south of Monte Cassino. He is commemorated at Cassino War Cemetery. He was the son of Ernest Alfred and Florence Elizabeth Gifford, of Port Isaac.
